Footware must be returned in unworn new condition within 7 days of reciept of goods with email forwarded Express or Registered Post Tracking Number to qualify for Merchandise Credit or Size Exchange.

Customer to pay  Domestic Postage costs including cost of return exchange back to you.

We pay the International Freight on Size Exchange.

Merchandise Credit on item Value Only. No Refunds.

No Refunds or Exchange on Costumes, Lingerie, Clubwear Range due to Obvious Hygeine Reasons.

Do not attempt to return "Worn Footware".  Any merchandise determined to be worn will not Receive Merchandise Credit or Size Exchange.  Return shipping is available at customer's expense.

All returns and refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis by shoes-of-hollywood and can be refused for any reason.
